We are an independent sales and lettings estate agent who are looking to establish themselves as the most progressive and forward-thinking agencies across London & Essex.
With over 25 years' experience in sales and lettings, Lee Alter and Antony Cope always had ambitions to launch an estate agency which proactively manages the sales and lettings processes so that their clients can focus on other pursuits.
Building their client base on that premise, Alter & Cope estate agents is determined to continue taking the stress out of clients' lives by providing a transparent, dynamic and approachable service.
Lee Alter MARLA
Director
Lee started his career in 2008 with a small, family run agency in Essex before moving to an independent agency in Canary Wharf in 2011. He spent close to 10 years at this agency progressing all the way to Director where he had full involvement in the running of the business. Lee was able to develop in depth knowledge into all aspects of the business (sales, lettings, and property management) and learnt what is needed to ensure a branch runs successfully.
Antony Cope
Director
Antony started his career in 2008 working for a corporate agency in East London before moving to an independent agency in Essex where he really found his feet as they offered more of a personable service. After a couple of years in Essex, Antony decided to move back to London and found a senior role at an independent agency in Canary Wharf where he spent 9 years. Over this time, Antony was always prepared to go above and beyond for his clients to ensure they receive the best possible service.
